Ship OneProposal to ten

Sprint, day 1 of 5

A five-day push with one number: the first ten paying customers for OneProposal by Sunday. Distribution, not product, is the bottleneck, so the whole sprint is reach.

seit

The whole marketing system exists to push one funnel, and this is the week I point it at a real number.

The one number

Ten paying customers for OneProposal by Sunday. Not signups, not a vanity chart. Ten people who paid and did not ask for the money back. Small enough to be real, hard enough to force the machine to work.

How it runs

Through the operating model I wrote up in four roles, one funnel: a strategy seat that sets direction, a tactical hub that runs the sprint, a lead engine that holds the people, the product builder, and me as the only wire between them, checking every handoff.

The honest baseline is zero paying customers, and the real bottleneck is reach, not supply. So this sprint is mostly distribution: get the product in front of people who have never heard of it, and convert the ones who try it.

The day-by-day lives in the changelog below, and the honest version of each day is in the journal.
