I'm Nicolas Neumann — Nico. I build with AI agents, ship products, and document the journey here. This blog has two main feeds:

• Journal — daily entries: hours worked, what shipped, lessons.
• Posts — longer-form: building-in-public writing, milestones, decisions.

Why this exists

Three reasons. First, as proof-of-self: a documented track record I can hand to investors, collaborators, or anyone who wants to know whether I show up consistently and think clearly. Second, as a way to stay in touch with friends, family, and people I'd otherwise lose track of. Third, because writing the work down forces me to understand it.

How this site is built

Astro + MDX, hosted on Cloudflare Pages, content authored through Claude Code. The entire publishing pipeline runs through the same AI agent harness I use to build the rest of my products. Meta, in the good way.
